“Traceability at Solaku Estate is a processing method originating from Latimojong, Luwu Regency, located in Belopa City. Solaku Estate was established in 2024 and is managed by CV Abe Setia Perkasa, a company operating in the coffee commodity industry, specializing in specialty coffee processing. The coffee beans are sourced from the slopes of Mount Latimojong, with a history dating back to Ethiopia during the Dutch era and the era of Arung Palakka in the 15th century. The coffee was originally brought from Lompoabattang to Latimojong based on an agreement at a hill called Bonto Aruan, or “Meeting Place of the Arung”.

At Solaku Estate, we process several rare and limited coffee varieties, including the mutated Abyssinia Typica (AB 1), which is a natural mutation of Abyssinia and Typica. Other mutations are also processed, similar to those found in Colombian soil, which have undergone natural genetic mutations.
One of our notable releases is from our partnered farmers, which we call Finca De Abi. Some of our releases include Natural Mosto with Inncolunt yeast and Black Honey with Inncolunt. The name “Solaku” means “my friend” in our language, paired with “Estate” meaning plantation.
